HTX Pro To Give Away HTX Tokens For Transaction Fee Package Purchases On January 24, 2018

From January 24, 2018 to February 7, 2017 (all times in GMT+8), HTX Pro will give away HTX Tokens (HTs) as a benefit for the purchase of transaction fee packages. The sale of transaction fee packages begins at 10:00 each day and is subject to a daily quota.

HT/USDT, HT/BTC and HT/ETH trading pairs will be launched on HTX Pro at 14:00 on February 1, 2018.

What are HTX Tokens (HTs)?

HTX Tokens, or HTs, are tokens powering HTX’s blockchain-backed loyalty point system. HTs have a total supply of 500 million, all of which are given away to users for free: 60% (300 million) of HTs are distributed as a benefit for the purchase of transaction fee packages from January 24, 2018 to February 7, 2017; 20% (100 million) of HTs are reserved for user rewards and platform operation; and 20% (100 million) HTs are reserved as team incentive with a 4-year vesting schedule.

What is the value of HTX Tokens?

1. Transaction Fee Discount: By purchasing different levels of VIP statuses using HTs, users can save up to 50% in transaction fees.

2. Liquidity Protection: Each season, HTX Pro will buy HTs on the open market to ensure sufficient liquidity and protect user interests with 20% of HTX Pro’s transaction fees earned during that season. HTs bought by HTX Pro will be held in the HTX User Protection Fund, and will be used to protect users’ interests and compensate for their losses in cases of emergency.

3. Exclusive Events for HT Holders: HT holders will enjoy exclusive events such as receiving tokens newly listed on HTX Pro from time to time.

4. Trading Pairs: HTs can be traded in HT/USDT, HT/BTC and HT/ETH pairs.

5. Let Your Voice Be Heard: From time to time, HT holders have the exclusive opportunity to provide suggestions to HTX Pro through surveys. For example, HT holders’ level of support will inform HTX Pro’s token listing decisions as HTX Pro applies its rigorous evaluation framework.

How to get HTX Tokens (HTs)?

Get HTs for free by purchasing transaction fee packages.Users may purchase transaction fee packages, or “point cards,” to pre-pay for HTX's transaction fees. A “point card” is similar to a pre-paid phone card, where 1 point can be used to pay for 1 USDT in fee. From January 24, 2018 to February 7, 2017, HTX Pro will give away HTX Tokens (HTs) as a benefit for the purchase of transaction fee packages.

HTX Pro will not distribute HTs to, and will not honor any benefits associated with HTs for, users from jurisdictions (including, without limitation, the United States) where the give-away, distribution, buyback, use, redemption and trading of HTs may require any form of regulatory registration, approval, consent, or similar actions, or where HTs may be considered as securities or instruments subject to similar regulation.
